You can pay securely with the following payment options:  iDEAL, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if your order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us at contact@printedgallery.com Kindly note that orders with custom made items cannot be canceled.

Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via e-mail.

Can I track my order real-time?

Yes, It is possible to track your package with the tracking link sent to you by e-mail once it has been shipped.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes up to 1-3 business days for orders to the Netherlands and Belgium (custom products can take up to 2-5 business days). The delivery time for orders to other countries within Europe varies per country. Please check our Shipping Policy.

What if I have waited longer than the stated delivery time?

We are deeply sorry. Our delivery times are estimates under normal circumstances, but unfortunately it can happen that a delivery is delayed by the delivery service. In that case it may take longer before you receive your order. You can always contact us at contact@printedgallery.com.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment we ship to the Netherlands and selected countries in Europe. Please check our Shipping Policy.

Returns

How do I return an order?

We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at return@printedgallery.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Peperstraat 126, 1502AK Zaandam, The Netherlands.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

We will pay the shipping costs of your return shipment if one of the points below apply to your order.

1. If you have received a product that you have not ordered;
2. If you have received a defective product;
3. If you have ordered a product from us based on incorrect product information on the website.

You must pay the return shipping costs yourself if any of the following circumstances apply to your order.

1. If you are not satisfied with a product;
2. If you have accidentally ordered a wrong product.

My item is damaged

Please check your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at contact@printedgallery.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can asses the problem and put it right.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at contact@printedgallery.com.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any products.

Can I return items from different orders in one box?

Yes, you can return multiple orders in one box. Please indicate this when requesting a return.

Return conditions

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.

Right of withdrawal

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You may only try on and view the product to the extent necessary to assess the product. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
