How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes up to 1-3 business days for orders to the Netherlands (custom products can take up to 3-5 business days). The delivery time for orders to other countries within Europe varies per country. Please check our Shipping Policy.

How do I return an order?

We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
